Approaching the Dunes - Greg Piazza

“After driving 2 hours in the morning to reach the Death Valley sand dunes, I came across a stream cutting through the gravel road. Knowing that I was the only person for miles around, I knew I could not risk crossing the stream and getting my 2wd rental stuck. I decided that I was going to walk to the dunes since it was about 40 degrees. I really didn’t expect to walk 5 miles, but I survived and I love all the photos I took here.” - Greg Piazza
